Bebibir biasanya diperbuat daripada pemprosesan nikel atau perak bersalut tembaga.Substrat rintangan biasanya diperbuat daripada berilium oksida, aluminium nitrida, dan percetakan aluminium oksida mengikut keperluan kuasa dan keadaan pelesapan haba.
Penamatan Flanged, seperti Penamatan Plumbum, digunakan terutamanya untuk menyerap gelombang isyarat yang dihantar ke penghujung litar, menghalang pantulan isyarat daripada menjejaskan litar, dan memastikan kualiti penghantaran sistem litar.
Penamatan Bebibir mempunyai ciri pemasangan yang mudah berbanding perintang tampalan kerana bebibirnya dan lubang pelekap pada bebibir.
